Duties: 

  • Planning and executing purchase orders of imported finished products.

  • Monitoring of weekly sales trends and adjusting forecasts as necessary.

  • Sending shipment plans to suppliers on a monthly basis.

  • Building strong business relationship with suppliers.

  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

  • Prepare costing sheets for imported products.

  • Take care of all Purchasing initiatives in terms of supplies required.

Requirements:

  • A’ level standard of education (or equivalent certification).

  • ECDL certification (excel / word proficient) – Excel will be used on a daily basis.

  • Knowledge of Shireburn accounting systems will be considered an asset.

  • Can-do flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure.

  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
