Duties:

Planning and executing purchase orders of imported finished products.

Monitoring of weekly sales trends and adjusting forecasts as necessary.

Sending shipment plans to suppliers on a monthly basis.

Building strong business relationship with suppliers.
-
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Prepare costing sheets for imported products.
-
Take care of all Purchasing initiatives in terms of supplies required.
Requirements:
-
A’ level standard of education (or equivalent certification).
-
ECDL certification (excel / word proficient) – Excel will be used on a daily basis.
-
Knowledge of Shireburn accounting systems will be considered an asset.
-
Can-do flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
-
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
